The KeyNote speech by Professor Dr. Rolf Meyer took us into the world of innovation culture. With his expertise and passion, he shed light on the potentials and difficulties in this field. He has been an expert on entrepreneurship at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, School of Business, for years. Many thanks for the stimulating and exciting insights!
In spring, all Swisscom employees had the opportunity to submit their idea for the "Innovators of Trust" campaign. From all the ideas submitted, five finalists had the opportunity to pitch their idea in front of the jury and the audience. Congratulations to all finalists, Sven Holdener and Thomas Bürkli, Daniel Rodriguez and Marcus Beyer, Micha Josi, Matthias de Domahidy de Domahida.
A special round of applause goes to our gold medal winner Marcel Kurz who won both the audience and the jury (Isa Müller-Wegner, Klementina Pejic, Michel Siegenthaler, Patrick Minder, Alexander Schläpfer, Matías Fernández ) with his idea. Together, Isa Müller-Wegner, Dave Hengartner, Rolf Meyer and Katka Letzing exchanged views on the central importance of intrapreneurship and innovation in a company like Swisscom. The guests were also actively involved by submitting their questions via QR code. The discussion was characterised by captivating insights. It was a pleasure to have you all there.
Afterwards, at the joint aperitif, everyone had the opportunity to exchange ideas and round off the afternoon.
It is inspiring to see how intrapreneurship shapes and drives our corporate culture at Swisscom. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the event - from the kickboxers to our jury and the participants. You all made the afternoon very special!

Swisscom Kickbox
Swisscom employees who have an idea can easily start and grow it with Kickbox. The physical box contains
- a starting credit of CHF 1,000
- 20% of the working time for 2 months
- a manual explaining the idea validation process and providing valuable tips
In a multi-stage process and accompanied by a coach, the idea is pushed forward, pitched to juries and, in the best case, approved for the next stage.
