Changing Swisscom's error culture with Kickbox

The "FuckUp Night" team breaks the taboo of talking openly about mistakes. With this kickbox project, they offer Swisscom employees a platform to learn together from mistakes and avoid them in the future.

In this video, Florian Kässberger answers the question of why Swisscom can benefit from an open error culture. The FuckUp Night offers the speakers a stage to present their mistakes in a dramatic, funny way. For the visitors, the event is an entertaining event in which they can actively participate. Afterwards, there will be a shared aperitif, where people will laugh and talk again.

Swisscom Kickbox, the internal innovation programme of Swisscom, provided the team of the "FuckUp Night" with time, money and the network. In the Kickbox campaign "Innovators of Trust", we are now looking for solutions that help to strengthen the trust of our customers in digitalisation in order to generate added value for society and Swisscom.
