We started 2023 with vigour, a year full of changes and new challenges. A fresh breeze blew through the Kickbox team, accompanied by the new Swisscom vision - "Innovator of Trust". One of the highlights? Definitely the ideas campaign in spring 2023, where we searched for exciting ideas together with Christoph Aeschlimann and ultimately crowned the best of them at the Best of Kickbox. It was a year full of exciting projects, challenges and, above all, great people. We were once again shown how strong the innovative power within Swisscom really is.

A real highlight was the growth in our Ambassador Community. We now have an almost 20-strong support team behind the programme. All motivated and innovation-enthusiastic employees who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise to support you on your way to becoming an "Innovator of Trust". The vigour with which they do this is great!
It is important for us that our Ambassadors are not only experts, but also get to know each other. Through prepared presentations, the different departments shared where they are heading with Kickbox and how they are using it in their department.
Another exciting year is behind us, but the excitement never stops. The coming months are already characterised by innovation and exciting projects. We are looking forward to tackling and implementing new projects together.
Together with our support community, we toasted to the past and the future. An exciting year lies ahead of us, full of challenges, creativity and joint success.
