A total of 4 different learning paths are available to you. The paths focus on the individual steps towards realising your idea. All learning paths include the corresponding kickbook, tutorials, tips, instructions and services that you can solve with us. 🎓
In the Blackbox learning path you will first get to know Kickbox, discover inspiring intrapreneurship projects and learn what innovation is and how it works. Once you have an overview of Kickbox, you will be provided with tips, tools and tutorials for idea generation so that you too can find a gap in the market. At the end of the learning path, you will find out exactly where you can submit your idea and how we can support you.
This learning path will guide you through the 2-month RedBox phase in which you will analyse your problem and solution, write a concept and pitch your idea at the end. The path provides you with inspiration and detailed instructions on how to create a prototype and how to successfully pitch your idea. At the end of this learning path, we will show you how to find a sponsor for your idea.
In the BlueBox learning path, you will familiarise yourself with the concept of proof of concept and learn how important it is to expand your team and involve your stakeholders. In this path you will find a lot of knowledge, tools and methods for the precise planning of your product and its realisation. At the end of the path, you will learn everything you need to know to convince your stakeholders of your idea during the gold box pitch.
This learning path will show you how to turn your idea into reality, scale it and guide you through the difficult decision of whether to found a startup or whether your idea can and should be embedded in Swisscom. You will find knowledge about the pros and cons of founding a startup, tutorials on how to scale your idea and how to raise the necessary resources to realise it. At the end of the path, you will learn how to define a growth strategy and then be ready to continue your startup without our support.

Kickbox has been focussing on intrapreneurship and innovation topics for years. On the learning paths, you will find exactly this accumulated knowledge brought together in one place. Kickbox wants to infect the whole of Swisscom with our innovation fever. 🌡️ That's why we published a similar learning path some time ago. This has now been revised and supplemented in many places.
